Chairman of University Administrative Committee, Luo Ying, gave them a warm welcome on behalf of Fujian Normal University. Both sides recalled the establishment of profound friendship between the two universities in the past two years. President Huang Hansheng also recollected the scenes where he communicated with other educators during his visit in Taiwan. Vice-president Xu Ming said that in the past year, fruitful fruit had been achieved in the cooperation and exchanges, which was the result of the joint efforts made by both sides. President Dai expressed his appreciation towards the warm reception and he said National Kaohslung Normal University cherished the close friendship between and the achievement made by the two universities. He also pointed out that there still existed large room for further cooperation in various fields; therefore he hoped to expand and intensify the communication and cooperation.
